I come to your preferred location- whether that’s your home, office, local park, or studio, so you can train comfortably and conveniently.You can also join my group classes at six locations across South London, all designed to be inclusive, supportive, and empowering — perfect for women, LGBTQ+ clients, and beginners who want to feel confident while learning new skills.Whether your goal is building confidence and strength, improving fitness, learning self-defence, or weight loss, I tailor every session to your pace and personal goals.

Combat sports training can often feel inaccessible to women and marginalised communities. Throughout my own training, I’ve experienced being patronised, left out, and undermined, and those experiences are a big part of why I coach the way I do today. My mission is to make self-defence and combat training more accessible, empowering, and safe for people who are often excluded — including women, LGBTQ+ communities, and people with learning disabilities.I was born in Hong Kong and began my martial arts journey at just 4 years old. With over 18 years of training and competition across multiple countries, I bring a versatile background in Muay Thai, Taekwondo, K1, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My coaching style combines technical skill, fitness, and fun, adapting to each individual or group I work with.I understand the importance of having a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space to train — no ego, no pressure, just encouragement. I support every client to train at their own pace, with coaching tailored to personal goals, whether that’s improving fitness, building confidence, learning self-defence, or developing skills for competition.
